Restatement of the Law of Liability Insurance Conference on February 27, 2015
On Friday, February 27, 2015, Rutgers-Camden School of Law’s Center for Risk and Responsibility will be holding a conference on “The ALI’s Principles of the Law of Liability Insurance”, which will include, among others, Restatement of the Law, Liability Insurance, Reporters Tom Baker (Penn) and Kyle Logue (Michigan).
